Not valid on shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, US protectorates or international destinations. Additonal charges may apply to heavy or oversized shipments. Midway Shipping Policy
 
Our goal at Midway is to get you what you need in a timely and efficient manner!
 
On most domestic orders for in-stock items, please allow 1-4 business days processing time plus 3-7 business days transit time for standard UPS or USPS delivery service. (Please note that order processing time is the same (1-4 business days) for orders with expedited delivery service such as Next-Day or 2-Day). For international orders, please allow 3-5 business days processing time plus 6-12 business days for standard delivery. 
 
Order processing cut-off time is 3:00 pm CST. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day (excludes Sat, Sun and holidays).
 
We are unable to ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. The above timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. (Please Note: Midway is not responsible for shipping delays beyond our control, such as, adverse weather conditions, shipping carrier holiday schedules, natural disasters, acts of terrorism, etc.)

Most orders ship from our warehouse in Dallas, Texas. Ocassionally, orders will ship from one of our alternate warehouses/sources.  

If an item is on backorder, discontinued or otherwise delayed, we will attempt to notify you by email. If an order cannot be fulfilled as listed due to a price or availability discrepancy, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.  

Currently, we ship to all locations within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) and virtually anywhere in the world. Shipments to P.O Boxes, APO and FPO addresses will be delivered by the US Postal Service only. We currently offer UPS and USPS shipping options to most locations. If your shipment cannot be processed according to desired method, you may or may not be contacted at our discretion for approval of a change in carrier depending on factors such as a change in cost for alternate shipping service 
 
Shipping charges are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. In the rare event that the “actual” shipping cost exceeds the estimate, you will be notified by email. Your approval of any increase in charges will be required prior to the processing of your order.

You will be notified by email when your order has been shipped. The tracking number, when available, will be provided. Status for orders placed on www.midwayautosupply.com or www.shopatmidway.com may be reviewed on Your Account on the website. 
 
International shipments may require an additional surcharge, depending on the location and the weight of the shipment. You will be given an estimated international shipping charge during the ordering process, which is subject to change. If any extra charges are necessary, notification will be sent to you by email for approval. Also, depending on the country, other charges may apply such as import duties and customs fees, which may require payment upon delivery. We recommend that you check with your local customs authority regarding any possible duties or taxes prior to finalizing an order. Restocking fees may be required if an order is returned to us due to unpaid duties, taxes or fees.

To ensure accurate and timely delivery of your order, please verify your shipping address prior to finalizing your order. Any additional costs incurred by Midway due to inaccurate address information provided by the customer, including any shipping and handling costs incurred due to undeliverable packages, may be charged to the credit card account of the customer.
